Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Centennial, Colorado. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses.  Orders received Monday – Friday by 12:00 p.m. MST will be processed the same day.  Orders received after that time will be processed the following business day.

For international orders, some countries may charge customs fees which are the buyer’s responsibility.  TRACOM has no control over these charges, and does not assume any liability for them.

Inclement Weather Policy

Major storms can cause pickup and delivery delays and disruptions for our customers. TRACOM will be prepared to provide service to the best of Federal Express’s ability in areas affected by any storms and as local conditions allow.

Returns Policy

Products ordered may not be returned for refund or credit. However, we warrant all materials to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and will replace any defective material.
